Ray and Terri Wilson, the Founding Pastors of LOTW, have been pastoring in the Marshall area for over 30 years. Ray was raised in Hawkins, Texas and graduated from East Texas Baptist University. Terri is from Shreveport, Louisiana and comes from a long line of Pastors and Worship leaders. They have three sons, two daughters by marriage, and seven grandchildren. They believe in the power of praise and worship with a teaching emphasis on God's grace and love.
Last year the church changed to a Leadership Team style of church government similar to the Antioch Church in the Book of Acts. Gary Chapple and Robert Wall, both of Harrison County, are a part of this new way of leading a local church.
Together, our Leadership Team, and our entire congregation, would like to invite you to come and join us in worship this Sunday morning at 11 am and be transformed from glory to glory into the image of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Some may ask why should they give LOTW a look this Sunday morning. One simple
answer---the love of Christ. Whether during praise and worship, during the teaching portion of the service, or when fellowshipping before and after service, each person will certainly experience the love of Jesus each time at Light of the World Church.
